OUR PERSONNEL ARE HELD TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS!!!!!

As a company, Epic MedStaff Services believes the quality of staff and service are a direct reflection of our business and what we stand for. With that being said, we feel it is very important to hold our present and prospective employees to a very high standard.

All prospective employees go through an extensive interviewing process in which Epic's professionals screen the individuals on their experience and healthcare training. In addition, all employees are supervised by Epic's director of patient care services at all times.

Epic MedStaff Services, Inc. maintains a staff of around 200 field employees!!

The following criteria must be met to be an employee of Epic MedStaff Services:

Licensed - All employees must be licensed by the state of Texas and be current without any outstanding issues.

Drug Screening - All of our employees are initially drug screened and then subjected to random drug screening as a company policy.

Competency Exams - All prospective employees must pass our screening exams with a minimum score of 75% or better. Specialty exams are given to those who are qualified for specialty areas within the facilities.

CPR - All employees must have a current CPR card.

Current TB Test

Background Checks - All employees of Epic MedStaff Services have been through a criminal background check.
